PR3: InC Competence development program

This result aims to develop a program that covers between 10-15 topics with high relevance for practical ability of SMEs managers for developing innovation culture in SMEs grouped into the 5 development lines highly complementary in the scope of setting and fostering innovation culture. The 5 main areas to be covered are:

  1. Designing and leading innovation environment
  2. Building the right team – hiring and positioning of HR for successful engagement in innovation
  3. Fostering innovation through communication,
  4. Lean start-up
  5. Digital solutions for fostering innovative culture

Once this program is developed, it will take form of a computer-mediated resource.
