InC project will deliver tools to improve SMEs managers ability to lead for innovation and foster innovation environment in their organisations. It aims at developing and testing a solution for developing competencies of managers in sectors commonly not oriented toward innovation to build innovation culture within their companies. Culture that fosters proinnovative orientation of teams and allows optimal capitalization on individual competencies of employees within SMEs.
