PROJECT NUMBER: 2021-1-RO01-KA220-VET-000034674

                  and implement pro-innovative strategies and working methodologies (i.e. Türkes

                  et al. 2019). The issue of lack of recognition for strategic relevance of innovation
                  processes and culture is especially extensive in no/low tech sectors. To address it,

                  the InC Sensitisation Methodology and Tools were designed for fostering
                  recognition for the strategic relevance and benefits of establishing innovation

                  culture in their organisations among SMEs managers in no/low tech sectors and
                  providing support organisations and educators tools to encourage development

                  of more pro-innovative culture in SMEs in the partnering countries and across

                  EU. The InC Methodology and Tools look to build awareness of SMEs managers
                  that setting an innovative company is not only about proper, technology and
                  systems, but that a set of living relationship between all of them in a form of

                  innovation culture is what is needed for all the elements to 'click' together and

                  deliver the desired results. The tools are expected to facilitate engagement of
                  managers with previously limited interest in increasing innovation-orientation of

                  their SMEs, and help them approach innovation in a more effective and
                  comprehensive manner, with attention to the innovation culture.

                 Who Are the Tools Dedicated To?
                                                                          The tools developed within
                  the PR1 - InC Sensitisation Methodology and Tools are in the first place designed

                  for the use of intermediary organisations providing support to development of

                  SMEs in no/low tech sectors. Those organisations engaged in support to SMEs
                  innovation and competitiveness can take multiple forms, such as:

                     • Chambers of commerce, business development agencies, business
                         incubators, startup accelerators and other business support and finance

                         organisations;
                     •   Associations, clusters and networks of SMEs;

                     • VET providers and NGOs engaged in business and entrepreneurship

                         support;
