The 3 elements Toolbox can be used by the intermediary organisations providing

of SME support organisations in building SME interest in innovation and
innovation culture, and by other stakeholders willing to increase the awareness
regarding the need for innovation in SMEs in no/low tech sectors, and to support
spreading the knowledge regarding innovation culture in these SMEs.
It's first element the Best Practices Guide can be used as a stand-alone guide for
enlarging one’s knowledge regarding ways to implement innovation techniques.
But the examples given in this Guide can also be used by intermediary
organisations in the process of providing training, consultancy or mentoring to
SMEs and integrated in workshops proposed by the InC methodology.
The Sensitisation Workshop Methodology and Visual presentation are tools to be
used by intermediary organisations in the process of providing training,
consultancy or mentoring to SMEs, as well as by SME managers willing to
develop a culture of innovation in their companies.
Its general aim is to increase educators and trainers capacity to use workshops as
a mean to increase SME managers’ readiness to implement innovation activities
